Design & Installation

Compressor Solutions Ltd have a vast amount of experience with pipework engineering in designing and installing all types of inert gas installations including Compressed Air, Nitrogen and Vacuum and we are capable of installing an entire new distribution system or just some minor modifications.

All our work is carried out in accordance with the latest best practice guidelines, health & safety guidelines and industrial standards.

Our preferred pipework partner is the AIRnet compressed air distribution system. AIRnet is a system of high quality aluminium pipe and a complete range of strong and easy to assemble fittings. Quick installation is one of the key benefits. Thanks to the light weight, easy to cut aluminium pipes and the user friendly design of the fittings that do not require any welding or gluing, AIRnet offers a fast and simple system that can be assembled by fewer people and in less time. The quality and technical features of AIRnet are also top of the line: low pressure drop, no risk of corrosion, reduced turbulence and air resistance, lowest risk of leakage, which will all help reduce maintenance and keep energy costs as low as possible. With an extensive range of pipe and fittings from 20-80mm diameter, AIRnet is the ideal solution to your next compressed air installation requirements. Anodized aluminium pipe with polymer and aluminium fittings ensure your compressed air ring main stays as clean and leak free as day one, helping your system to stay as energy efficient as possible.
All of this is supported by a TEN year warranty.

We can also use the traditional method of Galvanised steel - medium and heavy weight, stainless steel, copper systems and plastic, ABS and MDPE systems.

With our vast experience it enables us to recommend the best piping material to suit any particular site’s needs, for all industries and applications. We can install systems from CAD software and we can design both complex and simple installations with schematic drawings and specifications as required.

All of our pipe fitting team are fully trained for the needs of this type of site work and will work to the health & safety and quality requirements of the client.

Under the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000, users and owners of pressure systems are required to demonstrate that they know the safe operating limits (principally pressure and temperature) of their systems, and that they are safe under those conditions.
They need to ensure that a suitable written scheme of examination is in place before the system is operated. They also need to ensure that the system is actually examined in accordance with the written scheme of examination.

Compressor Solutions Ltd can provide a Written Scheme of Examination on completion of the installation in compliance with the Health & Safety Executive.
